Contact / Support
Questions, support, and the right next step.
If you already know what you need, send a message below. If not, the routing cards further down can help you choose the right next step — membership interest, volunteering, giving, sponsorship, events, programs, youth safety, or a general message.
This page helps you choose the right next step — not every question belongs in one general inbox.
Send a message when no dedicated pathway fits.
Use this form for general questions, community inquiries, or when you are not sure which pathway fits. For youth participation interest, volunteering, giving, or sponsorship, dedicated pages are usually better.
Do not submit sensitive youth information, medical details, legal matters, or emergency situations through this form. For youth participation interest when ready, use the Member Request pathway.

Contact with youth dignity and safety in mind.
This page is for public inquiries — not emergency intake or sensitive youth records.
Not for emergencies
This page and contact form are not for immediate danger or emergency situations. Contact local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.
Protect youth privacy
Do not submit a youth's full name, date of birth, medical details, school records, or other sensitive identifying information through this public form.
Use Member Request for youth interest

No medical, legal, or therapy intake
This form is not a medical, legal, mental health, or crisis counseling channel. Use appropriate professional or emergency resources for those needs.

04
Direct follow-up when appropriate
Diamond Roots may follow up by email or phone. Response timing depends on inquiry type and current capacity.
05
Take the next step
Many inquiries are best handled through a dedicated form or page — membership request, volunteer interest, or sponsorship inquiry.
Contact questions — answered honestly.
Straight answers about routing, safety, response expectations, and when to use dedicated pages.
Should I use the contact form or a dedicated page?
Use a dedicated page when one fits — Member Request, Volunteer, Donate, Sponsor, Events, or Programs. The general form is for questions that do not match those pathways.
Is this page for emergencies?
No. For immediate danger or emergency situations, contact local emergency services. This page is for non-emergency public inquiries.
Can I submit youth participation interest here?
You can ask general questions, but youth participation interest should go through the Member Request pathway when you are ready to share appropriate details.
Will I receive a ticket number or automated case ID?
No. This site does not use a public ticketing system or fake case numbers. Diamond Roots follows up directly when appropriate.
What if the form is not working?
If the form cannot send because of configuration or delivery issues, use the direct email and phone listed on this page.
Can I ask about donations or tax receipts here?
General donation questions can start here, but giving pathways and donation policy details are on the Donate page and Donation Policy page.
What about sponsorship or partnership interest?
Use the Sponsor page and sponsorship inquiry form for structured partnership interest. The general form can handle early questions if you are not ready for that form.
How quickly will Diamond Roots respond?
Response timing depends on inquiry type and current capacity. This site does not guarantee specific response times.
Take action through the right pathway.
Dedicated pages often handle inquiries better than a general message.
